A: To cancal the auto-renewal of EzMP3 subscription, you can contact the Paddle support team or contact us via support@EzMP3 to help you cancel EzMP3 subscription.

What to do if I purchase an incorrect product?

A: If you purchased an incorrect version of the software, you can contact us to change it. And when you purchased a wrong product, you can ask for a refund by contacting us and then purchase the correct product again.

When will I receive the registration code after placing an order?
