At EzMP3, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a delightful experience with our products and services. Our REFUND POLICY, effective from your purchase date, is designed to make your online shopping worry-free. We offer free trial versions for you to assess the compatibility and functionality of our products on your system before making a purchase.
This helps ensure that our solutions meet your expectations and requirements. Please note that once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled. However, we understand that exceptions may arise under special circumstances. Below, we provide detailed information on exceptions to our standard policy to ensure transparency and clarity.
Unaccepted Cases
We do not accept refund requests or product exchanges in these circumstances:
- You change your mind about an item/subscription.
- You request a refund due to price differences between regions or vendors.
- You buy the "wrong" product and then purchase the "right" product from another company.
- You purchase an incorrect product but do not request an exchange before the expiration of the money-back guarantee.
- You request a refund because you no longer use Spotify Music, Apple Music, or Amazon Music services.
- You request a refund after the money-back guarantee period has expired for your order, including any renewals.
- You experience technical issues but do not seek assistance from our support team, or refuse to provide necessary details for troubleshooting.
- You fail to receive the registration code and do not contact our support team for assistance.
Once an order is canceled, the license will be disabled. Please fully uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
Accepted Cases
- You accidentally pay twice for the same product. We will refund the duplicated purchase.
- You purchase an incorrect product and subsequently buy the correct one. We will refund the initial incorrect purchase.
- You have not received the registration code and our support team has not responded to your inquiries.
- You have canceled auto-renewal on a subscription, but were still charged for the renewal (proof of cancellation required).
- EzMP3 software encounters fatal technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 30 days.
