Q 1. How do I cancel a monthly or quarterly license subscription? Will I still be charged after I cancel the renewal?
You can find your order confirmation email and click on the words with Please View Your Subscription. Then you can go to cancel your subscription. If you can't find your order confirmation email, you can contact our support team via support@ezmp3.app or mycommerce support team to cancel your subscription.
After successfully cancelling the subscription, no further charges will apply.
Q2. Is it safe to buy software from your site?
Of course, it’s safe. Your personal and financial information is 100% secure and protected by our strong encrypted check-out system.
Q3. How can I know my order is successful?
When your order is issued successfully, you will receive two emails automatically from the payment platform mycommerce. One is a confirmation email and the other email contains the license code provided by Tunelf. If you have received both emails, it means that your order is successful now.
Q4. What can I do if I buy a wrong software by accident?
You can reorder your right software from our website and then inform us by email with those two order IDs at support@ezmp3.app. We will then refund the wrong order for you.
Q5. Do I have to purchase both versions if I want to use it on Windows and Mac?
Yes, the Windows and Mac versions are two standalone products. So if you want to use the program on Windows and Mac, you need to buy the products respectively.
Q6. What is your refund policy?
We offer 5 days money guarantee for monthly license and 30 days money guarantee for quarterly/lifetime license. If you encounter any issue of our software within 5 days or 30 days, you can contact us to solve it for you or request a refund. For more info, you can visit our upgrade & refund policy.
Q7. Can I continue to use the program after cancelling the subscription?
If you cancel it during the subscription period, you can still use the program until the end of your subscription period. After cancelling the subscription, you will receive a confirmation email (Cancel Subscription of xxx) showing the expiration date of your license code. When the subscription period ends, the program will revert back to the trial version, repurchase will be required if you want to keep using the full version.
Q8. I have renewed my subscription, why does my registration code become invalid?
After the renewal, you will receive an email with a new registration code, the new code is required to register the program again.
